Introduction
Poltava is the 7th largest city of Ukraine , an industrial,scientific,cultural and agricultural centre of Ukraine. ➢ Power of attorney (POA) required only for O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University over Rs100
stamp paper.
➢ Bank Statement of Father or Mother (PLEASE NOTE: Passbook copy is not acceptable)
• 6 months original bank statement with Bank Stamp on it.
• Minimum closing balance not less than Rs. 4.5 Lakhs.
• In case the account is opened less than 6 months then a letter from the bank manager stating when
the account was opened.

Hostel Description
UKRAINIAN MEDICAL AND DENTAL ACADEMY AS POLTAVA NATIONAL MEDICAL AND DENTAL UNIVERSITY has excellent hostel facility for Boys and Girls separately close to the academic block in the campus itself.
The rooms in the hostel have attached bathroom and other ancillary facilities. The academyoperates fourdormitories, which are a short distance from the school. Foreign students live9 floor building improve planning(blocks to 5 persons), equipped furnished by 100%.
In each hostel are on duty around the clock security guards of the company “Antares –2000″, which is authorized and licensed MIA.
